DIRECTOR'S IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

Modern Brains Academy

15-Week Action Plan — Gantt Chart

Academic Term: 7 September – 18 December 2026

A practical implementation timeline for academic improvement, teacher development, digital transformation, STEM innovation and institutional development.

Purpose of the Gantt Chart

This Gantt Chart converts the Director's 15-Week Action Plan into a visual implementation schedule. It shows when major activities begin, how long they continue, and where key practical milestones occur. Activities that require continuous monitoring are intentionally shown across multiple weeks rather than being treated as one-day events.

For the Director's One-on-One Presentation

The Gantt Chart is intended to support a one-on-one discussion with the Director. The focus should be on what will be done, when it will be done, who will support implementation, what resources are required, how progress will be monitored, and what results should be visible by the end of the term.

The plan is designed as an implementation framework rather than a rigid list of isolated weekly activities. Several workstreams therefore continue across multiple weeks while specific activities occur at defined milestones.

Implementation Approach

  • Begin with teacher training and administrative readiness.
  • Move from training to practice, monitoring and full adoption.
  • Monitor classroom teaching and student performance continuously.
  • Use practical STEM, ICT, Robotics and AI activities to strengthen learning.
  • Identify learning gaps and provide targeted intervention.
  • Strengthen parent engagement and student welfare.
  • Review institutional records and administrative processes.
  • Evaluate progress before planning the next phase.

Expected End-of-Term Outcomes

  • Improved use of the School Management System.
  • Stronger teacher digital and professional capacity.
  • More consistent classroom monitoring and academic follow-up.
  • Greater exposure to practical STEM, ICT, Robotics and AI.
  • Improved tracking of student attendance, welfare and performance.
  • Better parent-school communication and engagement.
  • Improved school records and administrative organization.
  • A clear evidence base for the next improvement phase.
