Admission Requirements

To ensure a smooth admission process at Modern Brains Academy, parents and guardians are kindly requested to provide the following documents and meet the stated requirements.

General Requirements

• Completed Online Admission Form
• Payment of Non-Refundable Application Fee (GHS 100)
• Copy of Child’s Birth Certificate
• Two (2) Recent Passport-Sized Photographs
• Copy of Previous School Report (if applicable)
• Medical/Health Information (if necessary)

Academic Assessment & Placement

Applicants for Lower Primary, Upper Primary, and Junior High School may be required to sit for a placement assessment to determine the appropriate class level. This helps us maintain academic standards and ensure proper student support.

Age Requirements

Admission into Pre-School and Primary classes is guided by age-appropriate placement. Parents are advised to ensure that their child meets the recommended age requirement for the class being applied for.

Boarding Requirements (If Applicable)

• Completed Boarding Registration Form
• List of Personal Belongings as Provided by the School
• Signed Boarding Rules & Code of Conduct Agreement
